WizOcean(이하 “당사”)은 Google Play를 통해 배포하는 어린이 교육 놀이 앱 누비주(이하 “앱”)를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 보호자에게 앱이 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
핵심 안내Android 1.2.0은 어린이의 개인정보 입력을 요구하지 않으며 광고, 결제, 계정, 채팅, 댓글 또는 사용자 업로드 기능을 포함하지 않습니다. 놀이 기록은 기기에 저장되고 WizOcean 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
1. 앱이 직접 받지 않는 정보
앱은 어린이에게 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 집 주소 또는 그 밖의 개인정보를 입력하도록 요구하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 사용자 프로필, 채팅, 댓글, 사용자 업로드, 위치, 연락처, 카메라 또는 마이크 기능도 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보와 Supabase
수집한 동물과 뱃지, 놀이 날짜와 횟수, 동물별 정답 확인 날짜와 숙달 상태, 선택한 주제·언어·소리 설정은 놀이를 이어가기 위해 기기 내 앱 저장공간에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 이 로컬 사본을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 Android 백업이나 기기 이전을 켠 경우에는 Google과 기기 설정에 따라 사본이 복원될 수 있습니다.
Android 1.2.0 운영 빌드에는 Supabase URL 또는 API 키가 주입되지 않으므로 앱은 Supabase에 연결하지 않습니다. 검수된 47종 동물 정보는 앱에 포함된 자료를 사용하며, 놀이·도감·숙달 기록을 Supabase나 다른 WizOcean 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다.
3. 읽어주기(TTS)
읽어주기 버튼을 누르면 앱에 미리 작성된 동물 이름과 상식 문구만 기기에 설치된 음성 합성(TTS) 엔진에 전달합니다. 앱은 어린이의 음성을 녹음하거나 마이크를 사용하지 않으며, 어린이가 입력한 문장을 TTS에 보내지 않습니다. 설치된 TTS 엔진이 네트워크 음성을 사용하는지는 해당 엔진과 기기 설정에 따르며 그 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다.
4. 광고와 결제
Android 1.2.0에는 광고 화면, 광고 요청 코드, Google Mobile Ads SDK 또는 다른 광고 SDK가 포함되지 않습니다. Android 광고 ID(AD_ID) 권한을 요청하지 않으며 어린이의 놀이 기록을 광고 프로필이나 행동 기반 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
이 버전에는 인앱결제 SDK나 구매 화면도 없고 상품 조회·구매·복원 흐름을 시작하지 않습니다. 이전 버전에서 기기에 저장된 광고 제거 상태나 구매 토큰이 남아 있을 수 있지만 현재 버전은 이를 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 향후 광고나 구매를 다시 제공하기 전에는 실제 처리 내용에 맞춰 이 방침과 Google Play 데이터 보안 신고를 먼저 갱신합니다.
5. 외부 서비스와 이 웹페이지
Google Play와 Android는 앱의 배포, 설치, 업데이트와 운영체제 기능을 제공하기 위해 각자의 정책에 따라 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 누비주 소개 페이지에서 “Google Play에서 받기”를 누르면 Google이 운영하는 외부 페이지가 열리며 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다.
앱의 개인정보처리방침 링크는 외부 브라우저에서 WizOcean이 제공하는 이 페이지(wiz-ocean.com/nubizoo/privacy)를 엽니다. Notion으로 연결하거나 앱의 놀이 기록을 이 웹페이지로 보내지 않습니다. 이 페이지에는 분석·광고 스크립트, 외부 임베드 또는 원격 글꼴이 없습니다. 웹페이지 제공과 보안을 위해 호스팅 인프라가 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보 및 요청 시각이 포함된 통상적인 접속 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Google 또는 웹 호스팅 제공자의 처리는 이용자의 국가 밖에서 이루어질 수 있습니다. 당사는 어린이의 놀이 기록을 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 이메일 문의, 삭제와 방침 변경
보호자가 자발적으로 ceo@wiz-ocean.com으로 문의하면 당사는 답변과 문제 해결을 위해 발신 이메일 주소, 본문·첨부 정보 및 문의·답변 이력을 처리할 수 있습니다. 어린이의 불필요한 개인정보를 이메일에 포함하지 말아 주세요. 문의 기록은 해결에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 법령 준수·권리 보호·분쟁 해결을 위해 더 오래 보관해야 하는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
기기에 저장된 놀이 기록과 설정은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이메일로 제공한 정보의 열람·삭제 요청이나 이 방침에 관한 질문은 위 이메일로 보내 주세요. 앱 기능, 이용 서비스 또는 관련 법령이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일과 내용을 갱신합니다.

WizOcean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates NubiZoo (the “App”), an educational play app for children distributed through Google Play. This Policy explains to parents and guardians how information is handled.
At a glanceAndroid 1.2.0 does not ask children to enter personal information and contains no advertising, billing, account, chat, comment, or user-upload feature. Play records remain on the device and are not sent to a WizOcean server.
1. Information the App does not directly receive
The App does not ask children to enter a name, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number, home address, or other personal information. It does not provide account registration, sign-in, user profiles, chat, comments, user uploads, location, contacts, camera, or microphone features.
2. On-device storage and Supabase
Collected animals and badges, play dates and counts, per-animal answer-confirmation dates and mastery status, and selected theme, language, and sound settings are stored in the App’s local storage so play can continue. A user can delete this local copy by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data in Android settings. A copy included in Android backup or device transfer may be restored according to Google and device settings.
The Android 1.2.0 production build is distributed without an injected Supabase URL or API key, so the App does not connect to Supabase. It uses the reviewed 47-animal catalog bundled with the App and does not upload play, album, or mastery records to Supabase or another WizOcean server.
3. Read aloud (TTS)
When a read-aloud button is pressed, the App passes only prewritten animal names and facts to the text-to-speech (TTS) engine installed on the device. The App does not record a child’s voice, use the microphone, or send child-entered text to TTS. Whether an installed TTS engine uses a network voice depends on that engine and device settings and is governed by its provider’s policy.
4. Advertising and purchases
Android 1.2.0 does not include ad surfaces, ad-request code, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, or another advertising SDK. The App does not request the Android advertising ID (AD_ID) permission or use children’s play records for advertising profiles or behavioral advertising.
This version also contains no in-app billing SDK or purchase screen and does not query products or start purchase or restoration flows. A locally stored remove-ads state or purchase token from an earlier version may remain on the device, but the current version does not transmit it. Before advertising or purchases are offered again, we will update this Policy and the Google Play Data safety form to match the actual processing.
5. External services and this webpage
Google Play and Android may process technical information under their own policies to distribute, install, and update the App and provide operating-system functions. Selecting “Get it on Google Play” on the NubiZoo landing page opens an external page operated by Google, where Google’s policies apply.
The App’s privacy-policy link opens this WizOcean-hosted page (wiz-ocean.com/nubizoo/privacy) in an external browser. It does not open Notion, and the App does not send play records to this webpage. This page contains no analytics or advertising scripts, external embeds, or remote fonts. Hosting infrastructure may process standard access logs, including IP address, browser and device information, and request time, as necessary to deliver and secure the webpage.
Google or a web-hosting provider may process information on servers outside the user’s country. We do not sell children’s play records or disclose them to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Email inquiries, deletion, and changes
If a parent voluntarily contacts ceo@wiz-ocean.com, we may process the sender’s email address, message and attachments, and inquiry and response history to answer the inquiry and resolve the issue. Please do not include unnecessary personal information about a child. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the inquiry, unless longer retention is required by law or needed to protect rights or resolve a dispute.
On-device play records and settings can be deleted by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it. Contact us at the email above to request access to or deletion of information voluntarily sent to WizOcean by email, or to ask about this Policy. We will update this page and its “Last updated” date if the App, service providers, or applicable laws change.

概要Android 1.2.0 は子どもに個人情報の入力を求めず、広告、課金、アカウント、チャット、コメント、ユーザー投稿の機能を含みません。あそびの記録は端末内に保存され、WizOcean のサーバーへ送信されません。
1. 本アプリが直接受け取らない情報
本アプリは、子どもに氏名、生年月日、性別、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所その他の個人情報の入力を求めません。アカウント登録、ログイン、ユーザープロフィール、チャット、コメント、ユーザー投稿、位置情報、連絡先、カメラまたはマイクの機能も提供しません。
2. 端末内の保存と Supabase
集めたどうぶつとバッジ、あそんだ日と回数、どうぶつごとの正解確認日と習得状態、選択したテーマ・言語・音の設定は、あそびを続けるため端末内の本アプリ用ストレージに保存されます。本アプリの削除または Android 設定からアプリデータを消去すると、このローカルデータを削除できます。Android バックアップまたは端末移行を利用者が有効にした場合、Google と端末の設定に従ってコピーが復元されることがあります。
Android 1.2.0 の本番ビルドには Supabase URL または API キーを設定していないため、本アプリは Supabase に接続しません。本アプリに同梱した確認済みの47種類のどうぶつデータを使用し、あそび・ずかん・習得の記録を Supabase または他の WizOcean サーバーへアップロードしません。
3. 読み上げ（TTS）
読み上げボタンを押すと、本アプリにあらかじめ用意されたどうぶつの名前と豆知識だけを、端末にインストールされた音声合成（TTS）エンジンへ渡します。本アプリは子どもの声を録音せず、マイクを使用せず、子どもが入力した文章を TTS に送りません。TTS エンジンがネットワーク音声を使うかどうかは、端末と選択されたエンジンの設定および提供者のポリシーに従います。
4. 広告と購入
Android 1.2.0 には、広告画面、広告リクエストのコード、Google Mobile Ads SDK、その他の広告 SDK は含まれていません。本アプリは Android 広告 ID（AD_ID）の権限を要求せず、子どものあそびの記録を広告プロフィールまたは行動ベース広告に使用しません。
このバージョンにはアプリ内課金 SDK または購入画面もなく、商品照会、購入または復元のフローを開始しません。以前のバージョンで端末に保存された広告削除状態または購入トークンが残る場合がありますが、現在のバージョンはこれを送信しません。将来、広告または購入を再び提供する前に、実際の取扱いに合わせて本ポリシーと Google Play のデータ セーフティ申告を更新します。
5. 外部サービスと本ウェブページ
Google Play と Android は、本アプリの配信、インストール、更新および OS 機能の提供のため、各自のポリシーに従って技術情報を取り扱う場合があります。ヌビズー紹介ページの「Google Play で入手」を選ぶと、Google が運営する外部ページが開き、Google のポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリのプライバシーポリシーへのリンクは、外部ブラウザで WizOcean が提供する本ページ（wiz-ocean.com/nubizoo/privacy）を開きます。Notion は開かず、本アプリはあそびの記録を本ページへ送信しません。本ページには分析・広告スクリプト、外部埋め込み、リモートフォントがありません。ウェブページの提供と保護に必要な範囲で、ホスティング基盤が IP アドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、リクエスト時刻を含む標準的なアクセスログを処理する場合があります。
Google またはウェブホスティング提供者が、利用者の居住国以外のサーバーで情報を取り扱う場合があります。当社は子どものあそびの記録を販売せず、広告目的で第三者に提供しません。
6. メールでのお問い合わせ、削除および変更
保護者が任意で ceo@wiz-ocean.com へ連絡した場合、当社は回答と問題解決のため、送信者のメールアドレス、本文・添付情報、お問い合わせと回答の履歴を取り扱う場合があります。子どもの不要な個人情報をメールに含めないでください。お問い合わせ記録は解決に必要な期間のみ保存します。ただし、法令上必要な場合、権利保護または紛争解決に必要な場合は、その期間保存することがあります。
端末内のあそびの記録と設定は、アプリデータの消去または本アプリの削除により削除できます。WizOcean へメールで任意に提供した情報の開示・削除請求、または本ポリシーに関するご質問は、上記メールアドレスへお送りください。本アプリ、利用するサービスまたは適用法令が変更された場合、本ページの内容と最終改定日を更新します。
