이 이용약관은 WIZ OCEAN(이하 "당사")이 제공하는 Android 게임 애플리케이션 틀린그림찾기: 콩콩 차이탐정(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이용자는 이 약관과 적용되는 법령을 따르는 데 동의합니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 이용하지 마십시오.
1. 서비스 범위
앱은 두 그림을 비교하여 차이를 찾는 싱글 플레이 게임, 튜토리얼, 일일 도전, 힌트, 수집 및 진행 기능을 제공합니다. 현재 앱은 계정 생성, 로그인, 클라우드 저장 또는 당사 자체 서버로 게임 진행을 전송하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
비소모성 탐정 패스 1종탐정 패스는 Google Play의 1회 구매 상품으로 의뢰 16–150, 광고 제거와 각 메인 의뢰의 정밀 힌트 1회를 제공합니다. 같은 Google Play 계정이 현재 보유한 구매에서 복원할 수 있습니다. 출시 시 소모성 힌트 상품은 판매하지 않습니다.
2. 광고와 게임 내 보상
앱은 이용자가 정밀 힌트를 선택하거나 무료 프롤로그 뒤 다음 본편 의뢰 3개 묶음 해금을 명시적으로 선택할 때 보상형 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 전면 광고는 레벨 완료 뒤 자연스러운 전환 시점에 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 광고 요청과 표시 여부는 광고 재고, 네트워크, 기기·지역 설정, 적용 법령 및 이용자의 개인정보 선택에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 보상은 광고 제공자가 정상적인 시청 완료를 확인한 뒤 적용됩니다. 광고를 닫거나 시청이 완료되지 않으면 보상이 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 광고를 부정하게 반복하거나 보상 확인 절차를 우회하려는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다.
3. 구매·복원·취소 및 환불
탐정 패스 구매는 Google Play Billing을 통해 처리되며, 표시 가격·세금·결제수단·영수증에는 Google Play의 조건이 적용됩니다. 구매 보유가 확인된 뒤 혜택이 적용됩니다. 같은 Google Play 계정에서 앱의 구매 복원 기능으로 현재 보유한 패스를 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.
취소 및 환불 요청은 Google Play 공식 환불 절차를 이용합니다. 환불·취소 등으로 Google Play의 현재 보유 목록에서 패스가 확인되지 않으면 앱의 패스 혜택은 중단될 수 있습니다. WIZ OCEAN은 결제수단 정보를 보관하지 않으며, 적용되는 강행 소비자 권리는 이 약관으로 제한하지 않습니다.
4. 이용 자격과 올바른 이용
앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계하거나 홍보하지 않는 일반 이용자용 서비스입니다. 이용자는 자신에게 적용되는 연령 및 보호자 동의 요건을 따라야 합니다. 이용자는 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱의 정상 작동을 방해하거나, 보상·진행 데이터를 조작하거나, 악성 코드를 배포하거나, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 앱을 복제·재배포·역설계해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 기기 내 진행 정보와 복구 한계
완료한 레벨, 힌트, 해금 및 수집 진행은 이용자의 기기 내 앱 저장공간에 저장됩니다. 현재 Android 빌드는 운영체제 백업과 기기 간 전송을 비활성화합니다. 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 진행 정보가 삭제될 수 있으며, 당사는 계정 또는 서버 사본을 보유하지 않으므로 이를 복구할 수 없습니다. 탐정 패스 구매 복원은 게임 진행 복원과 별개입니다.
6. 개인정보와 광고 선택
개인정보 처리와 광고 선택에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 필요한 지역에서 앱은 UMP 동의 절차를 사용하고, UMP가 요구하는 경우 앱 내 "개인정보 선택" 메뉴를 제공합니다.
7. 지식재산권
앱의 소프트웨어, 그림, 캐릭터, 디자인, 텍스트, 상표 및 기타 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 앱을 개인적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없는 권한만 부여합니다. 별도의 서면 허락 없이 앱 콘텐츠를 판매, 배포 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
8. 제3자 서비스
Android 버전은 Google Play, Google AdMob 및 Google UMP와 같은 제3자 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 서비스에는 각 제공자의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용될 수 있으며, 제3자 서비스의 가용성이나 결정은 해당 제공자가 관리합니다.
9. 서비스 변경과 중단
당사는 게임의 안정성, 보안, 콘텐츠 품질 또는 법적 요구를 위해 앱을 수정하거나 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 유지보수, 네트워크 또는 제3자 서비스 문제로 일부 기능이 일시적으로 이용되지 않을 수 있습니다. 서비스 범위가 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 주도록 변경되는 경우 관련 고지와 문서를 갱신합니다.
10. 보증과 책임의 범위
당사는 합리적인 주의로 앱을 운영하지만, 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱이나 광고가 항상 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 당사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 신체 손해, 소비자에게 적용되는 강행 법규상 책임 등 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 약관으로 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다. 이용자가 거주하는 지역의 법정 소비자 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.
11. 약관 변경
당사는 법령 또는 서비스 범위의 변경을 반영하기 위해 이 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알리고, 상단의 시행일과 최종 업데이트일을 수정합니다.

These Terms of Use govern the Android game application Find the Difference: KongKong (the "App"), provided by WIZ OCEAN ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service scope
The App provides a single-player spot-the-difference game, tutorial, daily challenges, hints, collections, and progress features. The App does not currently provide account creation, sign-in, cloud saves, or transmission of game progress to our own servers.
One non-consumable Detective PassDetective Pass is a one-time Google Play purchase that provides cases 16–150, ad removal, and one precision hint per main case. It can be restored from a purchase currently owned by the same Google Play account. Consumable hint products are not sold at launch.
2. Advertising and in-game rewards
The App may show a rewarded ad when you choose a precision hint or explicitly choose to unlock the next block of three main campaign cases after the free prologue. An interstitial ad may be shown at a natural transition after a level is completed.
- Whether an ad is requested or shown can vary with ad inventory, network conditions, device and regional settings, applicable law, and your privacy choices.
- A reward is applied after the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Closing an ad or not completing it may result in no reward.
- Fraudulent repetition of ads or attempts to bypass reward verification are not permitted.
3. Purchases, restoration, cancellation, and refunds
Detective Pass purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. The displayed price, taxes, payment method, and receipt are subject to Google Play's terms. Benefits are applied after current ownership is confirmed. You can use the App's restore function on the same Google Play account to check a currently owned pass again.
Use the official Google Play refund process for cancellation or refund requests. If Google Play no longer reports the pass in the current owned-purchases list after a refund or cancellation, the App may stop its pass benefits. WIZ OCEAN does not retain payment-method information, and these Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
4. Eligibility and proper use
The App is a general-audience service that is not designed or marketed to children. You must follow any age or parental-consent requirements that apply to you. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not interfere with the App's normal operation, manipulate reward or progress data, distribute malicious code, or copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App beyond what applicable law permits.
5. Local progress and recovery limits
Completed levels, hints, unlocks, and collection progress are stored in the App's local storage on your device. The current Android build disables operating-system backup and device-to-device transfer. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may delete progress. Because we do not hold an account or server copy, we cannot recover that deleted progress. Restoring Detective Pass is separate from restoring game progress.
6. Privacy and advertising choices
Our handling of information and advertising choices is described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, the App uses a UMP consent flow and provides an in-App "Privacy Choices" menu when UMP requires that entry point.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the App's software, artwork, characters, design, text, trademarks, and other content belong to us or the relevant lawful rights holder. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App personally. You may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without separate written permission.
8. Third-party services
The Android version may use third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob, and Google UMP. Their terms and policies may also apply, and those providers control the availability and decisions of their services.
9. Changes and interruptions
We may modify or update the App for stability, security, content quality, or legal requirements. Maintenance, network conditions, or third-party service issues may temporarily affect some features. If a change materially affects the service scope, we will update the relevant notice and documents.
10. Warranties and limits of responsibility
We operate the App with reasonable care, but, to the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the App or advertising will always be uninterrupted or error-free. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory consumer rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms to reflect changes in law or the service scope. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or this page before the effective date and update the dates above.

本利用規約は、WIZ OCEAN（以下「当社」）が提供する Android ゲームアプリ「まちがい探し：コンコン差分探偵」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用することにより、利用者は本規約および適用法令を遵守することに同意します。同意しない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
1. サービスの範囲
本アプリは、2つの絵を比べて違いを探す一人用ゲーム、チュートリアル、デイリーチャレンジ、ヒント、コレクションおよび進行機能を提供します。現在、本アプリはアカウント作成、ログイン、クラウド保存、またはゲームの進行状況を当社サーバーへ送信する機能を提供していません。
非消費型の探偵パス1商品探偵パスは Google Play の1回限りの購入商品で、依頼16～150、広告非表示、および各メイン依頼で精密ヒント1回を提供します。同じ Google Play アカウントが現在所有する購入から復元できます。リリース時に消費型ヒント商品は販売しません。
2. 広告およびゲーム内報酬
本アプリは、利用者が精密ヒントを選択した場合、または無料プロローグ後に本編の次の3件の依頼ブロックを解放することを明示的に選択した場合に、リワード広告を表示することがあります。インタースティシャル広告は、レベル完了後の自然な移行時に表示されることがあります。
- 広告のリクエストまたは表示の有無は、広告在庫、ネットワーク、端末・地域の設定、適用法令および利用者のプライバシーに関する選択によって異なる場合があります。
- 報酬は、広告提供者が正常な視聴完了を確認した後に適用されます。広告を閉じた場合または視聴が完了しなかった場合、報酬が適用されないことがあります。
- 広告を不正に繰り返す行為、または報酬確認手順を回避しようとする行為は禁止します。
3. 購入・復元・キャンセルおよび払い戻し
探偵パスの購入は Google Play Billing を通じて処理されます。表示価格、税、支払方法および領収情報には Google Play の条件が適用されます。現在の所有が確認された後に特典が適用されます。同じ Google Play アカウントで本アプリの購入復元機能を使用し、現在所有するパスを再確認できます。
キャンセルまたは払い戻しの申請には、Google Play 公式の払い戻し手続をご利用ください。払い戻しやキャンセル後に Google Play の現在所有する購入一覧でパスが確認されない場合、本アプリはパス特典を停止することがあります。WIZ OCEAN は支払方法情報を保持せず、本規約は強行的な消費者の権利を制限しません。
4. 利用資格および適切な利用
本アプリは、子ども向けに設計または販売されるものではない一般利用者向けサービスです。利用者は、自身に適用される年齢および保護者同意の要件に従う必要があります。本アプリは、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で利用できます。
利用者は、本アプリの正常な動作を妨害し、報酬・進行データを操作し、悪意のあるコードを配布し、または適用法令で許される範囲を超えて本アプリを複製、再配布もしくはリバースエンジニアリングしてはなりません。
5. 端末内の進行情報および復旧の制限
完了したレベル、ヒント、解放およびコレクションの進行状況は、利用者の端末内にある本アプリのストレージに保存されます。現在の Android ビルドでは、OS バックアップおよび端末間転送を無効にしています。本アプリのデータを消去するか、本アプリをアンインストールすると、進行状況が削除されることがあります。当社はアカウントまたはサーバー上のコピーを保有していないため、削除された進行状況を復旧できません。探偵パスの復元はゲーム進行の復元とは別です。
6. プライバシーおよび広告に関する選択
情報の取扱いおよび広告に関する選択については、プライバシーポリシーに従います。必要な地域では、本アプリは UMP の同意手順を使用し、UMP が必要と示す場合には本アプリ内に「プライバシーの選択」メニューを提供します。
7. 知的財産権
本アプリのソフトウェア、アートワーク、キャラクター、デザイン、文章、商標およびその他のコンテンツに関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、本アプリを個人的に利用するための限定的、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利のみを付与します。別途書面による許可なく、本アプリのコンテンツを販売、配布または商業利用することはできません。
8. 第三者サービス
Android 版では、Google Play、Google AdMob、Google UMP などの第三者サービスを使用する場合があります。各提供者の規約およびポリシーも適用される場合があり、第三者サービスの利用可否および判断は各提供者が管理します。
9. サービスの変更および中断
当社は、安定性、安全性、コンテンツ品質または法的要件のために、本アプリを変更または更新する場合があります。メンテナンス、ネットワークまたは第三者サービスの問題により、一部機能が一時的に利用できない場合があります。サービス範囲に重大な影響を与える変更を行う場合、関連する通知および文書を更新します。
10. 保証および責任の範囲
当社は合理的な注意をもって本アプリを運営しますが、法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリまたは広告が常に中断なく、またはエラーなく提供されることを保証しません。当社の故意もしくは重大な過失、人身損害、強行的な消費者保護法に基づく責任など、法令上排除または制限できない責任は本規約によって排除または制限されません。利用者の居住地で認められる法定の消費者権利は影響を受けません。
11. 本規約の変更
当社は、法令またはサービス範囲の変更を反映するため、本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更については、施行日前に本アプリまたは本ページを通じて通知し、上部の施行日および最終更新日を更新します。
